This sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by LegalGuard LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sponsor").
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are physically present at The American GC Summit, held in New York City, New York on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 ("the Event"). Entry is limited to attendees of the Event who complete the official entry form via the QR code or link provided on-site. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, New York State, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
The Giveaway begins on October 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
During the Entry Period, complete and submit the official entry form at www.legalguardusa.com/giveaway, or by scanning the QR code provided on LegalGuard promotional materials. Entrants must provide a valid, current email address, which Sponsor will use as its primary means of contacting entrants regarding the Giveaway, including winner notification. All required fields on the entry form must be completed for an entry to be valid. Limit: one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or device will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical or network failures.
Consent to receive marketing communications or to be contacted regarding Sponsor's services is not required to enter or win the Giveaway. The entry form's marketing opt-in, where offered, is separate and optional, and will not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) custom carbon fiber Pro Pickleball Paddle featuring LegalGuard branding with matching cover (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $125 USD.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about October 26, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry form within 10 business days of the drawing. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Giveaway, and to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected from entrants is subject to LegalGuard's Privacy Policy, available at www.legalguardusa.com/privacy. Entry information will be used only to administer the Giveaway and, where the entrant has separately opted in, for LegalGuard marketing communications.
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.
