All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by LegalGuard or its licensors. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LegalGuard disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegalGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Services; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalGuard and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and LegalGuard shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and LegalGuard and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and LegalGuard.
The failure of LegalGuard to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
