LegalGuard PLLC is a separate professional limited liability company through which licensed attorneys provide legal services.
No attorney-client relationship is created by use of the Services. Your use of this website and the Services, and any communication you have with LegalGuard LLC through this website or otherwise, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LegalGuard LLC, LegalGuard PLLC, or any attorney. An attorney-client relationship with LegalGuard PLLC is only formed through a separate, express written engagement agreement signed by LegalGuard PLLC and the client after a conflicts check has been completed and the engagement has been accepted.

Any legal services are provided exclusively by LegalGuard PLLC, a separate professional limited liability company, and only pursuant to a separate written engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms of Service applies to, limits, or governs the provision of legal services by LegalGuard PLLC, which are governed by the applicable engagement agreement and the rules of professional conduct in the relevant jurisdiction.
References on this website to "LegalGuard" may refer to LegalGuard LLC, LegalGuard PLLC, or both, depending on context. Where a statement concerns legal services or the practice of law, it is made with respect to LegalGuard PLLC and its attorneys. In all other cases, it is made with respect to LegalGuard LLC. The two entities are separate and neither is responsible for the acts, omissions, or obligations of the other.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegalGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Services; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to LegalGuard LLC and its affiliates and do not limit any rights you may have against LegalGuard PLLC, or any obligation of LegalGuard PLLC, in connection with legal services provided under a separate written engagement agreement, which are governed by that agreement and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalGuard and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and LegalGuard shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and LegalGuard and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and LegalGuard.
The failure of LegalGuard to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
